What I work on
The interesting part is what you can do with it.
AI agents, the tools they use, and the work they can take off a team's hands. I am interested in what holds up once people start relying on it: the data, the checks, the cost, and who takes responsibility when it gets something wrong.
That sits alongside the work I have done for years: building products, making technology decisions and staying around to see how they turn out.

Who I am
A founder who can get into the code, and back out to the business.
London originally, Dubai now. I run Antler Digital, an embedded product team with client relationships measured in years. At ONE TRIBE I lead technology and product. At Fractional, co-founded with Rhys Holding, I work on the model, the market and the technology.
I learned to build while running my own startups. Some worked. Some closed. The useful bit was learning to ask better questions before writing the software. AI has made that more important, because building the wrong thing has become considerably faster.
